I have the following question: in the "games" folder of Heroes of Might and Magic III, I don't have any save files. Can you tell me where I can find them? Operating system: Windows 7.

You mean there aren't any? Not even files like "AUTOSAVE.GM1"?
You could try enabling the autosave feature in the HD mod. Or use Total Commander to search for them...

I suspect you're playing one version of the game, but looking for saves from a completely different version. You're not launching the game from the executable file located in the game's folder, are you? Instead, you're using a shortcut on your desktop. If that's the case, do this: right-click on the shortcut, select "properties," and then "locate object." This will take you to the game's folder. Now, in this folder, look for a "games" folder and see if there are any save files there.

I have Windows XP on this PC, and the save files are located in the game folder. This was the case in all previous versions of Windows as well. However, starting with Windows 7, the save files are located in the following path: C:\Documents and settings[COLOR="DarkGreen"]Username[/COLOR]\... Or you can search for them using the "*.GM1" pattern.
