Look for it among the single-player scenarios or in the GSC.

And before launching the game, it's a good idea to make sure that the map is actually in the Maps folder.

Make sure the path to the map does not contain Russian characters. I've encountered this issue before, and I finally figured it out. It shouldn't be like this - C/ProgramFiles/Игры/Heroes/maps. It should be like this - C/ProgramFiles/Games/Heroes/Maps. (This is just an example). In short, if you have a folder in Russian in the path to the game, the map will not work (and will not be displayed in the game either). Rename the folder from Russian to English.

I would only like to point out that the map name should not be in Russian either.
