Quest Item: No Minotaur kings wear a crown. Instead as their badge of office they carry great axes of the finest workmanship. This axe was lost when Balthazar was betrayed by the Vori Frost Giants. That it is strongly enchanted is clear; when used in battle its blows deliver both normal damage and impart a numbing bite of freezing cold.
