Beggers are often seen in the major towns of Chedian, and many complain to have any sort of adverse condition. Oftentimes, a healer would curse the begger with the affliction he claimed to have. One begger, Haelik the Diseased, created this amulet to protect himself from such healers. (Effects: -3 Learning; Immune to all conditions. Drains Experience Points.)
