An enemy troop of Level 4, with a total leadership of no more than 90% of the summoning unit's own Leadership, is brought to a state of madness for 2 rounds, making them attack everyone, friend and foe. After using this skill, the Soothsayers are weakened for 4 turns and inflict only minimum damage with their base attacks. This skill has no effect on creatures immune to Mind spells.
